HOW OFTEN DO WE HELP PEOPLE AND OTHERS AROUND US?

You are right Dr. A smile , kind words, opening doors , care , calls , consoling are some types of help too . The word is Just do something to elevate and Alleviate the other person

It’s more blessed to give than to receive. So it’s very good to help others with the little we can. Help does not mean only money – helping in kind is alot.
