Wheat contains the highest calories of all the swallow.
About 350+ cal per 100grams.
Garri 290+ cal per 100grams.
Akpu(fufu)is less 150 cal per 100gram.
Amala/ Pounded yam less than 150cal per 100g.
Avoid wheat, portion control the rest with plenty soup and Proteins.
As for Semo, eat at gun point.

I agree with the traditional understanding of those who should use their left hands. We should now include those whom nature have wired to be lefthanded because they are warriors on their own right.
