Ministerial appointments, although it’s constitutionally stated that the President should appoint ministers, The nomination of the ministers is a perogative of the president, provided every state gets at least 1 minister, and in a case where the total ministers appointed is less that the number of states and FCT, then the six geopolitical zones is used to ensure every zone is represented.Sir, the first 37 ministers appointed by President Tinubu has fulfilled the first constitutional part, next question is on the new 11, what does the constitution say about them?
