BAN ON MIXING OF CONCRETE ON TARRED ROAD SURFACES AND PAVEMENTS
It is hereby announced for the information of the general public that the State Government has banned with effect from today, Thursday, January 16th, 2025 the indiscriminate mixing of concrete on road surfaces and pavements throughout the state. This is due to the fact that these workmen are carrying out this act and defacing as well as destroying the roads and pavement.
While the state government is committed to providing road infrastructure across the state, it will not fold its arms and watch individuals destroy the ones already constructed.
Therefore, any person caught engaging in this act will be appropriately sanctioned and the construction site sealed.MR. CHARLES ANIAGWU
