Can you explain the stages of a dark night of the soul?

I have researched the dark night of the soul consists of 4 stages:

The trigger; something hit you badly in your life it could be a divorce, accident, war etc. It could also be a soul shock whereby you met your half soul feeling very joyful and then got separated
The crisis; dark sides revealed. Some would work on it or avoid it. For those who avoid it would not make it into transformation. They would blame and live with miserable life daily
The transformation; the ones who purged themselves would transform into a new being. They would either get ascended or maintain at their higherselves state
The emergence; you have a sense of belonging and purpose of life. You no longer feel lost anymore living your life with full of gratitude daily accepting life as it is
In my experiences throughout the stages of a dark night of the soul is not only one and there could be more depending on the karma that we have collected now and pastlives.

I only had a trigger which is meeting my half soul twin flame.

This time it affected me so much that involve my kundalini awakening.

I am ascended but almost lost due to the confusions that disturbed my mind.

The tests are real.

Is everyday.

There is no preparation or coincidence and everything happens at the right time anytime and anywhere.

With the 5D mentality, I feel very sad with seeing the truth but cannot do anything about it.

I can only change myself and let the positive energy spread.

Sometimes the positive energy cannot cover the negative energies that is too much especially in this 3D world.

To sum up, do not underestimate the crisis moment because that is the time you need to shed some of your egos to get a clearer picture of what true life is all about. The crisis is a stepping stone for us to transform.
