PUBLIC NOTICE: The Delta State Contributory Health Commission invites all pregnant women residing in Delta State to register with the Health Commission immediately after their pregnancy is confirmed and obtain a Health card that will enable them to receive free antenatal care until delivery at any Government Hospital or Primary Healthcare Center of their choice.

Pregnant women living in Delta State are advised to register with any of the confirmed agents of the commission in any Government Hospital or Primary Healthcare Center nearest to them before 1st January 2025.

Starting from 1st of January, 2025:

No health card – No free treatment
No health card – No free antenatal
No health card – No free delivery
