I’ve seen this same question somewhere. While many ladies said it was not okay, a few said it was okay. However, my opinion is that if its convenient, no lady should be changing clothes in front of her brothers. However, if there is no room for privacy, I do not see any thing wrong with that. I do not actually see the purpose for this question. There is no brother interested in seeing the nakedness of his sister; brothers will always look away.
