In furtherance of our administration’s desire to uphold the principle of inclusiveness embodied in ‘Opportunity for All’ within the MORE Agenda, I am pleased to announce that today I have flagged off the disbursements for the 4th Phase of the Delta Community Action for Resilience and Economic Stimulus (DELTA CARES) Programme.

This initiative is not merely a continuation; it is also a testament to our administration’s determination to empower vulnerable households and the less privileged, fostering a state where every citizen feels a sense of belonging. We are proud to announce that over 97,000 beneficiaries will be empowered today.
