• 2 months ago*One of the things that shows that you still need to work on your confidence and build it to optimal level is when you are constantly seeking for validation from people even when you know you have done your very best.*
*It is important that we do our best and follow procedure after which we walk with our head high up.*
*Was it not the Bible that told us when we have done all that we ought to do or is expected of us that we should stand and for me it means walk with our head high up.

External validation is the acknowledgment of your strengths and emotions from others.
