This is now the core of the matter. No amount of self-help projects can solve our problems while the leaders continue to play the ostrich. We cannot finding answers to what government is responsible for providing. I am agreeing with this position now because all alternative efforts have failed. If you come to USA today, you cannot see individuals contributing money to treat a sick person or pay school fees for other individuals. Government makes provision for the poor in the society.
