What is the importance of harnessing Information Technology in developing economies? I remember, during the launching of D3 in Geneva – Switzerland, Dr. Philip Emeagwali proposed that Nigeria should bypass the industrial age and move straight to information technology by developing an IT city. Any thoughts?
