When you are faced with deadlines, after engaging the three Ps: Plan, Prioritize, and Prepare, then proceed to;

👉🏼 Delegate,
👉🏼 Delete.

✍🏼 What are the things/tasks that only you can do? (approvals, writing, dialogue, etc,) define them and do them without procrastination.

✍🏼 What are things/tasks you can get support with? ( publishing, delivery, proofreading, responding to mails, etc). Learn to delegate. It makes you relax.

✍🏼 What are things/tasks that you can eliminate altogether? (For me, partying, unplanned visitation and meeting, energy draining vibes, and cruises – thank God for my family). Learn to say NO. Everything good must be protected.
